POSITIVE
Tenacious — Rue is not easily dispelled or discouraged. When faced with adversity, he tackles it head-on, not worrying about the possibility of failure or loss. As such, no matter the circumstances or results, he is not deterred from his goals. This is one sure quality that makes him such a dangerous combatant. He just doesn't know when to give up.
Strong-minded — Along with his physical toughness, Rue is mentally tough as well. Now, this is not to say that he is extremely intelligent. In fact, Rue isn't very "book smart" . . . at all. However, his mind is vigorous and independent, and he can push past the supposed limitations that his body and mind set on him.
Energetic — Vigorous and lively, Rue is a lad with a strong spirit. He enjoys being active, mostly with physical exercise. However, he doesn’t mind stimulating his mind either. In fact, he does attempt to try and educate himself about new concepts and things. He hates being branded as "stupid" just because he isn't the most booksmart person in the world.
Ambitious — Rue has a strong desire and determination to succeed. He sets high goals for himself, and doesn't settle for anything less than his best. While his goals may be lofty and generally unachievable by some, Rue sees it otherwise. To him, the journey is the reward, not the end result itself.
Alert — Rue’s alert. He’s quick to notice things and not much can slip under his radar. He also tends to watch people he meets closely, just to see their personalities and how they carry themselves. People can be frighteningly deceptive after all. Rue owes his high attentiveness during his time with Noxus. Poison Dragon Slayer magic is a complex and technical art and Rue had to pick up on many small details in order to learn new techniques and forms.
NEGATIVE
Wild — Just know that Rue is a bit wild and feral. This is mostly due to the way he was brought up and he can’t necessarily help it. For example, manners are something that Rue is still trying to get the hang of. He tends to stuff his face furiously when he eats and barely has a grasp on the concept of personal space. Plus, he tends to display his emotions in an animalistic fashion. For example, if Rue is angry, he’ll bare his fangs and growl menacingly. Again, these are things that he has picked from his dragon parent and they aren’t going away any time soon.
Sadistic — For some strange reason, Rue relishes the pain of others. He doesn't necessarily go out of his way to hurt others, but he isn't against beating up someone or tormenting them. This becomes most evident whenever he's battling someone, as he never fails to flash a sharp-toothed grin whenever he manages to inflict pain on his opponent.
Relentless — When angered, it’s very difficult to calm the Poison Dragon Slayer down. He can be extremely relentless to his opponents, not offering any sort of forgiveness or mercy. Instead, all he cares about is tearing them apart limb from limb until they're nothing more than a pile of shredded, bloody flesh. It’s almost as if he turns into a completely different being, an absolute monster.
Blunt — When Rue speaks, he gets straight to the point. That being said, he doesn't have a filter whenever he gives his opinion, and he is prone to saying some tactless things. To him, he's not being tactless or mean. He's just being completely honest.
Sarcastic — Rue isn't afraid to use blatant sarcasm whenever he's conversing with someone, especially if it's someone that he doesn't have a particular liking to. He can be witty with his sarcasm when he wants to be but most of the time, he's completely obvious with it just so that he can get a kick out of peoples' reactions.

Rue stands at five feet eight inches tall and weighs one hundred and fifty five pounds. He stands a bit shorter than other males his age but it doesn’t deter him that much. His body is muscular and toned, from regular physical labor and exercise. His skin is a dark-brown and his short hair is roughly the same color. The boy has an X-shaped scar etched into the right side of his head, earned from his time living out in the wilderness. Due to his magic’s influence, Rue’s physical appearance has changed to become more draconic, though it can easily be considered demonic as well. His dark-brown eyes have lightened in tone to a animalistic yellow and his pupils have narrowed into thin slits. All of his teeth are sharper than the average human’s, his canines being the most pronounced and noticeable. His nails have lengthened and sharpened into half-inch claws. The lad’s ears have also become slightly pointed and the skin around his hands is strangely rough, almost as if his hands are covered with scales.
The boy’s clothing style is casual, as he tries not to be ostentatious or flashy with his selection of attire. A hearty green beret is worn on the top of his head, the beret's form slumping towards the back of his head rather than towards the side. It was given to him by Noxus, the Poison Dragon, and is crafted out of the dragon's very own scales. A solid gray collared shirt covers the male’s upper body while comfortable black pants do the same for the teen’s lower body. Black shoes serve as the mage’s choice of footwear, comparable to casual–style shoes. A sturdy gray belt is worn about the waist, with lighter shaded gray pouches of various sizes clipped onto the belt.
Abnormalities:
Rue's pupils are slit-shaped, like a reptile's, and his teeth are sharper than the average human's, his canines being the most pronounced. His nails are sharp like claws, his ears are pointed, and the skin around his hands are rough and look as though they are covered in scales.
