ROME london bridge is falling down, falling down and if it don't stop falling, then all of us will drown
Basic Information NICKNAME [Radical Operating Mechanical Executioner] GENDER Female, technically. SEXUALITY She presents herself to be asexual, but in actuality, she's pansexual. AGE 25 in human years, 88 otherwise. Its complicated. RACE Cyborg turned human. GUILD Rogue. RANK C-class. OOC NAME Saphy FINAL FANTASY SERIES | lightning farron Appearance EYES Pale aqua.
HAIR Dirty pink, shoulder length.
PHYSICAL Rome stands at a height of 5'8" and weighs in at approximately 140lbs, give or take. Though it isn't emphasized, the structure of her body resembles that of a person with an athletic and somewhat muscular hourglass figure. Her wardrobe mainly comprises of what many perceive to be tomboyish clothing, but in truth, she only wears clothing which would offer her maximum flexibility and mobility.
INVENTORY Batteries - Coming from someone who used to be nothing more but a hunk of metal and electrical circuits, Rome has this irrational fear when it comes to loss of voltage if she were to turn back into what she was. Her solution? Packs of standard AA batteries.
ABNORMALITIES As mentioned above, she wasn't originally brought into existence as a human being like most others. It was due to a mix of alchemy, magic, money, and tonnes of luck that made her into what she was today. So even though she's now a legitimate human being, she retains much of her previous cyborg-like personality and chains of thought, to the point of her choosing to not speak, since, as a robot, she wasn't allowed to speak her mind.
Personality POSITIVE TRAITS Perceptive Over the years, she has learned to pay attention to details, but that's to be expected when you're supposed to be the high-end military prototype who was pushed to replace human beings when it came to dangerous operations.
Intelligent She's a smartass, but because she's a true smartass, she chooses to keep everything to herself. Despite being a human now, her brain is still considered to be that of a super-computer's. The only exception is, she probably couldn't make a quick Google search with her mind.
Honest Yes, she rarely talks, but when it comes to her feelings, she wouldn't hesitate to show a person just how much she disdains them. Actions speak louder than words, after all.
Hardworking She's not the type of person who would whine and complain about things not turning out right. Sure, she wouldn't actually take the blame for it, but she'd set things straight on her own accord. Plus she sorta thrives on gaining more experience as she goes on.
Honorable If Rome accepts a job from a client, she'd do whatever she could to finish it by any means necessary. If she owes someone something, she'd repay them. If she screws up and someone manages to save her life, she'd usher them into a dangerous situation so she could, in turn, save their lives.
NEGATIVE Emotionless Though she doesn't really consider this to be a negative, since humans are known to make irrational decisions based on their emotions, it still is somewhat of a flaw. It makes her really bland to be around, especially with the lack of conversation that she offers.
Aggressive If violence is necessary to get something across to an opposing party, or even her allies, she wouldn't hesitate to do go all out.
Careless She knows she's not a cyborg anymore, but old habits die hard, especially when it comes to the battlefield. Rome was programmed to follow orders, and sometimes, to get the job done no matter what it takes, and obviously that's been carried over to her current form.
Greedy Unlike most of her other traits, this one actually shows part of her humanity. However much earnings she's made, and however much she keeps in the bank, she's still extremely cheap when it comes to shopping and buying things that she seems are not really necessities. Cookies are necessities.
Impatient When you want things done right, you do it yourself. For Rome, her tolerance level is way below that of an average human being's. She'd rather do everything by her lonesome if it means finishing the tasks in a shorter amount of time.
Judgmental This is pretty much self explanatory. Even though she's been living amongst humans for quite awhile now, she has yet to understand the concept of why they would present themselves otherwise if they wish to be treated fairly.
LIKES - Cookies - Stuffed animals - Fast food - Savings - Voltage - Shiny metal objects
DISLIKES - Power outages - Real animals - Delays - Vegetables - Dishonorable men / women - Swimming

[/b] R.O.M.E. Initiate [Assault Mode] FORM BRANCH: N/A FORM REFERENCE: HereFORM DESCRIPTION: This form is pretty much Rome, reverting back to her original self. Though she remains largely the same when it comes to her demeanor, one could clearly notice the abnormality when she chooses to utilize this first form. Her skin becomes paler, and instead of her usual pink hair, it turns into a blonder, more lighter look. Her eyes also take on an inhuman neon blue glow. The armor that she dons basically takes on what today's video game creators' thoughts on what armors should be like. The less you wear, the more you're protected, as evident in the picture, since her armor reveals a large part of her skin from the neck down, right to her naval region. Of course, it isn't really her intentions, and she wasn't really the one who made the choice and all, but she can't change the way her magic functions. FORM NAME: R.O.M.E. Initiate [Chaos Mode] FORM BRANCH: R.O.M.E. [Assault Mode] FORM REFERENCE: HereFORM DESCRIPTION: Contrary to her first form, the one difference everyone would notice is probably her change in hair color from blonde to pure oily black. Aside from that, her skin also takes on a shade of blue, with neon circuitry lines highlighting random spots on her face and body. Though the armor itself is different from the first form, as it is way more refined, a lot of people would have a hard time figuring out that those solid pieces of whatever material its made of, is actually a part of Rome's body. Her eyes still retain the blue glow that is also present in the first form, and aside of having normal, functioning arms, she is also able to transform them into an arsenal of weaponry. Initiate [Assault Mode] ABILITY DESCRIPTION: Mobility is the most important factor when it comes to combat, at least in her mind and what she's programmed to think. Being a combat-oriented cyborg, one shouldn't expect anything less. There are two sections to this ability. One that innately increases her speed and strength to D-rank numbers, and one that requires an activation before enhancing her speed and strength to C-rank numbers. DURATION: The boost itself lasts 3 turns. COOLDOWN: 2 turns. ABILITY NAME: [Assault] Database ABILITY RANK: C ABILITY TYPE/PINNED: Limit / R.O.M.E. Initiate [Assault Mode] ABILITY DESCRIPTION: With such a vast amount of information stored inside Rome's head, it would be a shame if she was the only one who knew things certain individuals didn't. But that's the cool thing about retaining her cyborg prowess. Information transfer made easy! Of course, not all of that information is accurate, as she could easily plant things inside someone's head to either confuse, or just to screw with their minds. Aside from this, Rome is also able to establish a telepathic line of communication with another person. Though she rarely uses it, the whole process still proves to be a valuable commodity in her arsenal of tricks. Both variations of this ability requires Rome to make contact with the target, and she could only use one variation at a time before it enters its cooldown phase. Damage dealt by information overload could result in feverish ailments that may or may not involve a bit of puking here and there. DURATION: Information transfer / Telepathic communication lasts 3 turns. COOLDOWN: 2 turns. ABILITY NAME: [Chaos] Theory (Melee Version) ABILITY RANK: C ABILITY TYPE/PINNED: Limit / R.O.M.E. Initiate [Chaos Mode] ABILITY DESCRIPTION: This ability is only applicable to Rome's entire right arm. Upon activation, Rome is able to transform her entire arm into any melee weapon that she had ever come across. It does has its limits, as she can't really make anything that exceeds the limit in weight that she could lift. At any given time during the transformation, she could turn her arm back to normal, and it'll automatically enter the cooldown phase. The damage dealt varies depending on the weapon conjured, so it could be anything, ranging from moderate gashes to widespread moderate bruises, as long as its logical. The function of each weapon is exclusive to how it looks. For example, a sword is a sword. It cuts things. Its not a hammer. It will never be a hammer. DURATION: Each weapon lasts 3 turns. COOLDOWN: 2 turns. ABILITY NAME: [Chaos] Theory (Ranged Version) ABILITY RANK: C ABILITY TYPE/PINNED: Limit / R.O.M.E. Initiate [Chaos Mode] ABILITY DESCRIPTION: This ability is only applicable to Rome's entire left arm. Upon activation, Rome is able to transform her entire arm into any ranged weapon that she had ever come across. Again, it does have its limits, since she can't make anything heavier than what she's capable of lifting. At any given time during the transformation, she is able to turn her arm back to normal. It'll enter its cooldown phase thereafter. The damage dealt varies depending on the weapon conjured, so it could be anything, ranging from widespread 2nd degree burns, to ailments that include feverish symptoms. The function of each weapon is exclusive to how it looks. For example, a machine gun functions as a machine gun. It cannot fire laserbeams, or launch rockets of any sort. DURATION: Each weapon lasts 3 turns. COOLDOWN: 2 turns. [/ul] [/div][/div] [/div][/div][/div][/div][/td][/tr][/tbody][/table] [/div]
