Usually available all day, everyday, but it really gets going come nighttime. For tourists and adventurers, this is the ultimate place for one to experience true Kou cuisine, at least when it comes to street food. Vendors cook up a storm, some of them sell fabrics and traditional clothing, and everything is extremely cheap!
