Her seeminlgy infinite tank of happiness was starting to run out, her enjoyment was being sapped away by teh mere thoughts of this man she had encountered. Why had it mattered to her so much to call him Oni-chan? I mean, the fact he threw O - Type blood on her turned him from nothing to O, then O to Oni-chan seemed almost immediate. Yet still, there was something bugging her in the back of her mind about all of this. He seemed to have mattered to her all a bit too much for something like a quick meeting. She had only known him for about ten, maybe fifteen minutes? Yet still, he was on her mind.
Was he really that much like Father?
He was a vampire, he was stern yet knew how to be fair. He had powers over creatures much like she did and he drank the same type of blood that Father loved so dearly.
They looked nothing alike, yet they shared so much. It had also been years since 'that' happened, and took all her family away. Years since she snapped and became the way she was, although to be fair she wasn't too far off of it anyway. But why did she suddenly have to grow an attachment so someone who obviously didn't want her. It was almost, it was almost as if Father had left her once more.
She didn't hear the roar of the new creature, nor did she hear Avarias footsteps coming for her. She was simply there, on her own, with Tyrfing in hand in a hallway. Soon her grip would loosen, almost dropping the sword on the floor as a single tear would run down her face.
Slowly she would raise a hand towards the tear, her finger touching the salty wet droplet that was rolling down her cheek. It was cold, it was different. She hadn't had actual emotions in years, so why now? Why him?
She heard no voice when he spoke to her, and if it wasn't for what her sword did next, she never would have. Tyrfing managed to turn her around, using the force of his own body to push her to face him, the single tear now turning into a second one in the other eye once her eyes layed place on his visage. Had he came back for her? Did he actually want her?
The next few actions were hard for her to follow, but yet she let her body go with it. He swung his arms around her, pushing her into a closet and away from the creature that was soon to come barrelling through, yet that wasn't what was on her mind. The only thing on her mind was him.
Like a little girl rushing towards a father she hadn't seen in years, she dashed forward, her body with a mind of it's own, towards Avaria. There she would bury her head in his chest as she wrapped her arms around his body, clinging on to him for dear life. She had returned to being that sweet innocent little girl who had cried for her Father. She was innocent again once more.
"...Idiot..."
Through a dry mouth, she would emit that single word, quietly into his chest.
