HYDROMANCER : NOVICE | A hydromancer is a mage capable of freely manipulating water in any of its various states of matter. The first school is hydromancy, which allows the generation and manipulation of water in its liquid and gaseous form. The second school is cryomancy, which allows the user to freeze any water under their control, for both offensive and defensive purposes.
| HYDROMANCY ABILITY NAME: SEA WHAT I DID THERE?
ABILITY RANK: Novice
ABILITY DESCRIPTION: This ability grants the user telekinetic control over nearby nonmagical water sources (within 25 ft), to allow her basic manipulative feats over it; such as, but not limited to, whipping it towards a target, projecting it in streams/waves, parting it, and otherwise altering its form. Up to 25 ft of of water may be under her control, and it may go no further than 25 ft. This ability also allows her to generate up to 25 ft of water.

ABILITY NAME: HOT? WATER YOU TALKING ABOUT?
ABILITY RANK: Novice
ABILITY DESCRIPTION: This ability allows Skylar to heat up the temperature of the water under her control, up to 25 ft of it. As it is boiling water, this allows it to scold the skin and cause burns alike fire.

ABILITY NAME: HE ASKED ME IF I COULD BREATHE UNDERWATER, I SAID, "DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH"
ABILITY RANK: Novice
ABILITY DESCRIPTION: This utility ability simply allows the user, and those she's in contact with, to breathe underwater indefinitely. However, the toggled variation of the spell allows her to swim at a rate of 20 MPH, primarily by propelling her movements with the water surrounding her.

| CRYOMANCY
ABILITY NAME: DO I GIVE YOU THE CHILLS?
ABILITY RANK: Novice
ABILITY DESCRIPTION: This ability allows the user to freeze any source of water under her control, up to 25 ft of it. Its temperature drops to the point where it may cause frostbite on contact.
