"..." There wasn't anything in terms of a verbal response as she witnessed Nago disappear from sight. Momentarily, she pulled her sunglasses down, and had a single brow distinctly arched. It was her trademark gesture, but she seemed to be able to apply it to the majority of the happenings. The blonde picked up the job request and looked at it hesitantly. Pushing her sunglasses back up, she nodded to herself sternly, before touching the mark with her finger. With that, she disappeared from sight entirely. At the very least, unlike her brother, she knew what to expect when touching the card. Rather, had an idea of what to expect.

After that, she found herself standing in a canyon. The main thing coursing through her mind was how she was going to return home, and where exactly she was now. There was a river present, one that she was thankfully not proximal to upon her interdimensional trip. "...The Drake is conflicted." Was her immediate reaction to hearing the singing voice. "...very conflicted." She tacked on as she continued to watch the vulpine creature's behavior. Her gaze befell Nago once he was bombarded by an onslaught of watery pellets, the consequence of the creature's shaking. Then, another trademark line, modified courtesy of her stupefaction:

"...and she needs an explanation."

“Oh, yes! Of course! Well, let me first introduce myself. My name is Blaze, Blaze Booster and it is a pleasure to meet you!” He trotted forward and performed his quadrupedal version of a bow. Nago placed a pair of hands before his mouth, having completely and utterly forgotten about the water he'd just been sprayed with. It was one of the cutest things he'd ever seen.

“Oh my God,” he whispered alongside a quick, sharp inhale. Right after, he looked over to his wonderful sister, who was clearly conflicted. “That was so cute.” Evidently, the fox, Blaze, didn't hear his murmurings – or at the very least, did not let on to the fact that he had. He was currently moving some rocks around. A glistening piece of metal was unearthed and he stuck a paw right into the midst of the apparent bangle. The size adjusted to fit him and he rose it for the pair to see.

“It's an easy request, really. I don't have magic of my own, you see, but I'm able to use this here. But it needs charging every so often. I need you guys to lend me a bit of your magic power!”

Arms still crossed and the blonde remaining as still as a carbon-frozen statue, she seemed to eccentrically maintained her gaze upon Blaze even as Nago approached her and verbalized his thoughts. After a delay and supposed inward contemplation, she spoke. "...Yes, Summer agrees with this claim." Though it did not outwardly show, of course; nothing ever seemed to outwardly show for her, because she was just such a self-proclaimed boss and whatnot. Although she did start nodding approvingly, with traces of a smile lining her lips. Her eyes were a whole different story, though. Behind those bad boy sunglasses, who knew if they were furious or welled with tears.

Summer watched Blaze as he began moving rocks around. Quickly, her eyes locked onto the unearthed piece of metal. "Ah, the Drake will be more than glad to help you. She might have a tight schedule, but she has no qualms with helping cute animals in need of help. Not only is the Drake the People's Champ, but she is the Creature's Champ, as well. After all, the Drake was raised by a creature, and she's also half creature, so she has to represent all of her people."

Nago gasped again and once more, his hands raced to his lips in surprise. He turned to Summer. "That speech was beautiful," he whispered delicately. And then abruptly, loudly, "YEAH!!!" He brought his arms to his sides THUNDEROUSLY, bent them at the elbows EPICALLY. He was obviously read for this job and Blaze - well, he leapt nearly out of his hide when the usually whispering boy suddenly screamed at the top of his lungs.

"Oh my word! Uh!" Blaze uttered, bringing a paw to his chest. "You nearly frightened me to death! Perhaps I should tell you why I need this item magically charged--Oh my!" Interruption came in the form of Nago scooping the critter up into his arms and turning him over onto his back.

"So, how do I charge this thing? Do I charge it by rubbinyerbellylikethis? Rubbinyerbelly?" And with that, Nago's words devolved into baby talk as he rubbed the creature's belly.

"Hey, now. Stahp. You'll excite me," he giggled as he sheepishly swatted at the boy.

"Hey, sis." Nago began. "While I play with Blaze, here, can you deal with whatever the fuck that is?" What Nago was talking about needed no introduction. It introduced itself with a giant, monstrous roar. It just looked like jelly with tendrils for arms. It might have had a face. Nago didn't bother to check.

"The Drake will see what she can do. The most electrifying woman in sport's entertainment naturally would be able to charge this thing, just like she electrifies all of the people watching at home." For the time she spent watching the two interact, she had remained as still as before, with no distinct difference from her loafing previously. See, originally she thought that he was talking about the device that needed charging, but she got it all wrong, and she acknowledged that when she heard an abrupt roar. It prompted her to steer herself around, training her eyes onto the Eldritch Abomination within her vicinity. There was a moderate amount of disgust on her features as she stared at the amorphous entity.

"Oh. The Drake sees that there are other problems she has to deal with than just that bangle. Looks like she's gonna have to layeth the smacketh down on your candy ass!" The blonde inhaled sharply, causing her pulmonary system to inflate as flames welled within. With that done, a crimson magical circle appeared before her face, before she roared through it, blasting outward a conical beam of flame towards her gelatinous adversary.

Summer would see her brother turn a glance her way once again. “Your words are always so inspiring!” His comment was made right after her 'electrifying' speech. She really did have a way with words and always masterfully produced them with the most rigid of faces – the face of a champion. Nago returned to petting Blaze. One might think the fox would find it degrading, but he was enjoying it so much that he offered his own paws to the back of Nago's hand to assist.

“This is so wonderful!” Blaze commented. “But it's not how you charge my magical device.”

“Oh, it isn't?” he questioned as he drew his hand away.

“All you have to do is channel magic into my bangy here by holding onto it.”

“D'aw. Alright.” Wrapping a hand around the creature's bangle, the boy's body was enveloped in a faint, gentle glow. He stood there silently and as he did, the fox couldn't help but observe with a subtle expression of awe. The blanket of light proved comforting, warming, almost loving. Heavenly glow, innocence-----

“AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!” Then screeching from the now flaming jelly who flailed its arms wildly about and thrashed itself against the ground after being struck by Summer's Roar.

It didn't look like Summer was done yet. She was winding up for some kind of finisher. For a moment, she took of her sunglasses, because it was time to get serious, and hooked them onto the middle of her shirt. Both of her hands were abruptly engulfed in flame. Then she brought both hands above her head, and an imposingly large sphere of fire began to form above her head. The thing was already on fire, but she decided she would put it more on fire. Sure it didn't even throw an attack yet, but you know, slime monsters always had bad intentions, right?

"FIRE DRAGON'S METEOR ARROW!"

With that bellowed, she hurled this ball of flame towards the jelly creature, aiming to reduce it to nought but jelly pulp. After that, she passed her attention towards Nago, mainly because he was giving off a gentle light, in contrast to the brutality going on adjacent to him. The blonde wiped the sheen of sweat present on her forehead after her consecutive attacks. From some unknown source, this began to play once the slime was clearly taken care of.

“Oh, my. Do you hear that?” Blaze asked, still within the comfort of Nago’s arms. It was a difficult thing to go unnoticed. However, Nago did not appear phased at all – not even slightly – at the phenomena. He opened his eyes and with an expression meant only to quell a troubled heart, he consoled him.

“Do not worry, little friend. That happens a lot when something goes one on one with the Great One.” Nago looked over at her as she made her return. Blaze’s attention returned to his bangle, which, had a jewel glowing a healthy orange.

“Oh! Oh!” Blaze exclaimed excitedly. “It’s ready. That’s good, mon ami. The charging is complete!” He hopped down from Nago’s arms and fished beneath some more rocks. “Here! Take these shinnies monies. Hurry now, the spell is almost over!”

“Hm, what spell?” Nago questioned as he bent down into a squat, plucking the coined from the ground before the fox.

“Phew! Just in time. Thank you so much!” Blaze replied with a wave of his paw. As he did, a familiar light encompassed both Summer and Nago and as it swallowed them up, they would find themselves at the guild after their reappearance.

“Oh – well, there we go,” he said after looking about and confirming his location.
