I have already created a list of magics. That list uses ideas from the series, and other ideas that I came up with on the spot. I do not believe that I thought of everything that could be added. Members more creative than me surely can develop ideas that the site will enjoy. That is why every few months we will give the members an opportunity to suggest new magic.

If you want to suggest a magic, make a reply here. That reply should include the name of the magic, what it's about and a reason why it should be added. If the magic is similar to a magic type that already exists, explain why your idea should or should not be added to that magic.

Those that submit an idea should acknowledge that the magic will belong to Fairy Lab.

SYSTEM | Mage with magic type utilize an item, usually a lacrima, that is pinned to a data network. That item has an AI that will aid the mage, but they can also activate the magic inside the item. The item will gear them in a new outfit with a weapon, and the weapon and outfit can change 'modes.':

• PHASE ONE: At Novice the mage can only activate phase one. In this phase the outfit, item and magic follow a single attribute. That attribute can be something like an element, a magic type or something vague like flight.
• PHASE TWO: Phase two can be gotten at C-Class. The difference from phase one is that there are two attributes.
• SPECIAL: At A-Class, the mage gets a special skill that utilizes their weapon and magical power. This is usually a powerful or complex skill.

Allowances: Outfit and weapon can swap between modes, or be summoned and unsummoned. Have access to an AI that may or may not learn from and memorize events.
Restrictions: If they have more than one AI, their computing power doesn't increase. There should be only one outfit and one weapon, but these each can mode change.

CARD | Mage who use playing cards to form magical effects. The cards range from solitaire, to tarot to dual monsters. This magic is filled with surprises because the next card drawn is always a gamble. The cards can be used for the following and more:

• TRAP CARD: The mage places a card somewhere on the battlefield. If another person or an attack gets close to it, it may be activated. The card will be flipped over, and an effect will occur.
• SPELLCAST: Cards can be used to generate magical effects that can be from any magic type, they just cannot use the allowances of those magic types.
• FIELD EFFECT: Starting at C-Class, these mage can have cards that change the look and feel of the surroundings.

Allowances: This magic can imitate most other magics, and it can summon creatures. Those creatures will be weaker than a mage of the same rank, but they are useful.
Restrictions: Cards cannot be used if they are lost or taken. Cards also cannot be pulled anywhere from the deck. The user will have a maximum hand size of three cards, and whenever they use one, they draw the next card on the deck.

Neither of these two magic are similar to any of the current magic types. The second one is a stretch because it requires random mechanics, but there is a Die plugin I want to play with.

Have you ever seen powerlisting.wikia.com/ ? Plenty of great ideas on there.
Here are a few from it that I think would be a nice addition.

Duplication, seems like a simple ability but it can expand. Duplication is the ability to mimic and replicate anything that the user has touched before. Since you're the master of this magic, you would be able to determine the size of your duplication during creation, so you could create miniatures or giants of whatever item/thing you are replicating. Could eventually do self-clones, which could act like Naruto ones | they all have thoughts of their own and when destroyed the user would gain the knowledge the clone collected.

Limitations could be the inability to mimic another's magical imprint, hence could not copy someone else's magic on the spot. (Such as elemental.) The only elements they would be able to "mimic" would be those of more physical natures. Though it'd all be object mimics, so they could not animate these elements like an elemental could. Or for that matter, create anything they have not physically came into contact with before.

As for if it is involved with pre-existing magic, I do not think so. Self-replication could be applied to Anatomy, perhaps. But limited to only self duplicating. Otherwise it'd be more of a singular magic, focused on items and self.

Then there is invisibility and intangibility: which I think should be applied somewhere, although am not sure where. This is mostly because they are popular and appealing to many. Obviously there would be many handicaps to this, especially when used in PvP. A few that these could fall under: anything requiring a theme. Could also both be used independently with Possession magic.

And I don't know if this is allowed, but Bone Manipulation should definitely be among Anatomy's capabilities. Totes, totes.

What ever happened to Eye Magic? This was a good source of various possibilities too. Including any enhanced vision abilities; infrared, telescopic, 360, etc.

ESP should definitely have it's own category, or be something mentioned for allowance. As it is also a popular theme for many supernatural stories and psychologically it'd draw in more people due to it's appeal. That and it's fun and vast. ESP would include things like telepathy, empathy, precognition, astral projection, mediumship, retrocognition and etc.

This could be added in with Archive. Although I think it'd be more broad if it were it's own. Even if Archive can mimic a few of these.

This could possibly include in it Animal Manipulation, due to, perhaps, by being capable of having "zoopathy."

...How about an aura/raw energy sort of magic? We got elements and stuff. So why not raw energy/magic? >_> -blinks- For this magic, I was thinking it can detect magical signatures and manipulate energy into form and shapes.

Another magic type I am suggesting is a rune/seal/arcane magic. This magic is the type that requires study. It is done by writing runes, seals, and arrays to do effects. -shrugs- I can give an example of this if you want.

How about a SWORD or GUNNER magic? This should be separate from holder, because let's face it. It is a weapon. But you don't summon it from thin air. So it can't be requip. XD Sword Magic and Gun magic can have a variety of effects like holder. Depending on the personality and background of the character.

Like for example. One Sword Magic uses a blade with darkness and stuff. Another uses fire. XD It could bring a variety of magic styles with one blade or gun.

Well, nothing says that CS can't have Holder magic. They are also free to pick up magical items normally. Holder is separated from the other magics because it's a specialization of something any can have. We're not going to turn it into an interface for a collection of magics, unless those magics have something unique.
