We have gotten a lot of members from Fairy Tail Bliss. We have added a sort of transfer to make up for what has happened there. I'd like to say a few things though.

First, this site is not Fairy Tail Bliss and it's not the same type of roleplay. I can't stop people from redoing the plots they had elsewhere, but please keep in mind that the decisions everyone makes effects everyone else.

Second, the site that will replace Fairy Tail Bliss will be done in a few weeks. This here might not be the site for everyone, so if there is anyone that is on the edge whether they should join here, they should watch for that site. They might like it more.

Finally, and my real reason for writing this, I'd like to know what everyone is doing right now. If anyone does continue a plot from FtB, I would like to know. This is a different world from FtB. There are major differences, and characters are different. The histories and places are all different. Some people don't want to lose their stuff, but do realize that there are people here that weren't on ftb, this is a new site, and there have to be accommodations made to ensure that everyone can enjoy Fairy Lab for what it is.

Anyone that plans to bring over fragments of a previous site should post here or PM me. Though I'd really like to hear what everyone is doing/plans to do.

For me, there's a couple of plots that I've brought over, and am intending on keeping, in ways that are logical, of course.

My main character here, AJ Styles, is basically my main character from FTB, Lydia Haven, reincarnated. Simplistically speaking, Lydia is AJ's past life, and AJ is slowly regaining bits and pieces of those memories in her head.

The other plot would be Salazaria's relationship with Skaldi. We barely got it started over the course of FTB's initial reset, and when it finally picked up, bam, that happened. We're continuing that here, where Sal is presumed to be dead for a little over 3 years now, but is really working as a freelance mercenary.

I am doing the same, actually, but with Paris as the reincarnation of Angel. In fact, this plot is going hand in hand, given Lydia and Angel's plot before.

I joined this site before the ftb thing cause I really liked the concept of not having missions or anything worth a value. Every post has the same value, and i really like that cause it promotes social threads over missions and things so there's a lot more freedom - and incentive to go for social plots cause you won't feel like you're losing out on Jewels. Plot wise though...there was nothing in mind. This character is loosely based on my old one, and the fc is one I really love...but as for plots, I didn't come here with any in mind specifically. I do like the idea of conflict between Balbadd and the Kou empire, cause there's another dimension aside from guilds alone etc.

Well, in terms of the plots I'm bringing over, I'm essentially starting Skaldi off in practically the same place as I started him off following the reset on FTB - as a freshly chosen Guild Master. He's retained a good part of his backstory, somewhat altered and simplified, but this is more to do with the context for his personal development than any actual plotwork he will be doing on Fairy Labyrinth. As Saphy said above, I'll also be continuing his relationship with Salazaria, slightly reworked to fit this new timeline.

Aside from that Skaldi has no other plots that have been 'carried over'. The major difference in his character this time around is that his origin and the way it will feed into his future plots is now more... eh, Hellboyish. This version of Skaldi is actually an ancient monster reincarnated in human form, and the implications of his true nature and his struggle with his own identity will probably be major plot themes for him. However, this is more of a personal plot which could potentially feed into his relationship with his guild, and Fairy Tail's relations with everyone else.

There's still a lot I don't understand about how the site works and the specifics of the setting, but I'm gonna do my best to get up to speed soon.

I'm just gonna do what I always do. Start with a FREELANCER, and work my way up from there. I'm unfamiliar with Magi, so I'm just going to learn along the way. An entirely new plot. A new character, with bits and pieces from old ones. So, yeah, once again, open to plots.

I joined this site because I really, really enjoyed ftb and I hope that this one will be to my liking too. I enjoyed doing missions and having large plots that Helot was involved in. I might not be used to this sites rewards systems, but I'll try to blend in with the crowd. And for curiosity sake, I'll keep an eye out for the new site as well.

I want to say two things. First will be my response to this thread, and then my feelings after talking to some people and reading stuff in the cbox.

First off, I feel that my plots on FtB have ended. I will not be bringing them here or to the new site. Sayuri's plot ended before the reset. It went well, and it was fun. I loved her character and her story. But that was enough. I brought her back in v2, but there was no substance. I couldn't get muse for her because v2 was not v1. Aurelie did not get as far as Sayuri, but her plot was based on certain factors that don't apply here or on FTRP. I will be bringing my character Mikiri here, but only because she did not have anything binding her to FTB. The only story she had was her pre-story. There was nothing significant.

Now here's the part that matters for everyone. There are a lot of decisions to be made right now. Do I keep this character? Do I make a new one? Do I create a new plot? Do I use an old one? On Fairy Tail Bliss the word plot was thrown around so much, and I'm not sure how many people fully understood what plotting really was.

So here's what I want to say. Please don't power race. Please don't rush. Take your time and enjoy the journey. Don't worry about plots too much. Give it time, and give way to chance and you will find that you are creating a story without even realizing it. We have a lot more plot mechanics here and a lot of props for story, but those will be no good if everyone's trying to find a hole they fit in.

Missions aren't mandatory to rank here. And no, Adventures are not to replace missions. They're not missions. Missions are missions. It's not a matter of I'm going to go on an Adventure and get a rank up or new ability. At some point in your character's Adventures they will perform something beyond just a social thread, or a mere mission. When that happens, it will be an Adventure. They're not meant to be commonplace events. They're supposed to be significant events that contribute to the lives of multiple characters.

Anyway. Have some fun. We may not have wars or large battles now, but if everyone is meeting new characters and having fun, there will be a build up. Stuff will happen. If stuff doesn't happen, the staff will create adventures for people to do.

I feel like I want to bring Haven Bliss over

Not with any of her old attachments or plots, just literally her. I have brought her everywhere with me personally and my muse for her is always strong. I get that this is not FTB and it never will be, this is it's own site in its own right, which is why when I bring her over, if I can, she will be all a fresh start with everything. Just the same personality and things.

I really am looking forward to RPing on this site with all the new magic, features and the calmer feel it has :3
