"You expect me to assist Nihlus Guildheart in an unknown task, with the added stipulation that one cannot be discovered?" Seika stared at the messenger before him, his gaze as if he saw the man as only a pig bound for slaughter, and he drank from the small dish-like cup in his hand before continuing, standing up and turning his back on the messenger. "How idiotically imbecilic can the higher-ups be? They know how we act towards each other, and they expect an espionage mission to succeed with that in mind? Foolishness, simply foolishness, to ask such a thing of one such as I."
The onmyodo-in-training crossed his arms and walked over to the bookshelf in his room, rapidly pulling out several thin stacks of paper and tucking them into custom-tailored slots in his clothes, and he turned back around to see the messenger heading towards the door. The young teen hurriedly dashed over and grabbed his arm, pulling him back to his seat and glaring at him, and the teen grabbed the paper detailing the time of the operation and walked out of the room first, calling over his shoulder.
"I never said I wouldn't do it, you imbecile! We'll finish this task perfectly, just like all the others!"
He had only a couple of minutes to reach the hangar before Nihlus would lose his temper over the time taken, the onmyodo forcefully pushing his way past anyone that got in his way without care for how it made him appear, and reached the hanger in time to see his temporary partner lean against a helicopter and start watching the people that passed by. Most likely Nihlus was waiting for him to arrive, so it would be best to put on the appropriate show. clearing his throat, Seika composed his expression into a cold stare as he walked into the hangar proper, his arms crossed in front of him with each hand hidden in the opposite sleeve, and he approached the helicopter calmly, keeping as dignified an appearance as possible.
"Early as always, I see. Don't you ever get tired of being so enthusiastic?" Much like before, when speaking with the messenger, Seika's voice held an arrogant and condescending tone, and he smirked slightly as he stopped walking a few feet away from Nihlus. "I take it you were told as much as I was about this. So then, shall we leave?
