I'M WAKING UP TO ASH AND DUST tag:Lady - words:000 The sun shone brightly over the magnificent white walls of Magnolia, while the refreshing morning breeze lifted everyone's spirits as it blew away uncertainty and depression. Its gentle influence relaxed sore bodies and comforted sore hearts. Whispering continuously for those who have the perception to hear the soft and beautiful melody, birds echoed its song of hope and mirth not just to man, but to the damaged soul of nature who desperately required it. Though most simply dismissed the noise, the few humans who were truly awake inside realized its true worth and cheerfulness overwhelmed them. In an effort to carry the song on to the sleeping ones, they attended to all of their duties with a smile, leaving all negative emotions in the shadows where they belong. Of course, happiness wasn't the only thing the song brought to man. For some, it was one of optimistic mourning as they remembered lost loves, comrades who perished bravely in battle, and all others who had been taken away from them far too soon. For others, it signaled the budding of a new flower of romance, which would soon bloom and charm all with delicate yet fragile beauty. The blond haired man now strolling through Magnolia was a member of that last group, even though he had the reputation for being completely emotionless in the guild. It didn't really bother him much at all; he supposed he deserved it since social interaction between him and the rest of the guild was virtually non-existent since the incident... Who could blame him, though? The first time Alduin had truly opened up to someone, they had betrayed him very soon after, leaving him confused, depressed, and with almost no desire of ever doing it again. Now that the man really thought about it, it was nothing more than a perfectly understandable yet damaging fear of being hurt. Solitude had only enjoyed his favor for so long because it was less dangerous emotionally than the alternative. Grateful that no one was around to witness this, the crimson eyed man laughed at himself. His nature of not being an emotional person was just the sort of person he was, though. Fear didn't influence that, or at least the future heir of Balbadd liked to believe so. The tall man entered in a tavern and took his time to settle down before ordering for a drink. Someone shivered upon his presence while others admired with contemplation. A shinning symbol of the day with his peerless face aside from a mysterious scar that was left upon his chest. Alduin went next to a large window and sighed as he viewed the outside world like if he was trapped within. •• notes// THIS IS IT, THE APOCALYPSE This template was created by Laughing Please do not remove credits.
