Nickname: The Storm of Swords Home Country: Veronica Birthday: July 1st Residence: Fairy Tail Guild Hall Faction/Guild: Fairy Tail Occupation: Mage	Personality: Logical: Kai has been raised a thinker and philosopher above most things, and as such, is logical about most situations, unless if conflicts with his good humor. Things such as jokes and puns are omitted from his sense of logic if they are illogical. Aside from those situations however, many of Kai's actions are based purely on logic and reason, even if that logic is flawed. Open minded: Now, Kai is indeed logical, but that doesn't mean he isn't open to new ideas, as illogical as they may be. Whether it be a battle plan, a training regime from his superior, or just an idea from someone in the guild, Kai will take what they say into consideration and if deemed stupid or counterproductive, he will dismiss it, but if he finds merit in it, he will be willing to try it. Devoted: Once Kai is set on something, there is little that anyone else can do to talk him out of it. Unless they give him a very logical argument as to why what he is doing is wrong, he will see what he is doing through to the end. This devotion also applies to his allies, as he doesn't abandon them unless the logic lines up with his morals and his friend's needs. If they need him to help and he believes he can do something to help, he will stay, but if he believes that they can take care of it and they say they can take care of it, he will step back, and possibly split up from them if needed. Courageous: An attribute that is somewhat predictable in a Fairy Tail wizard, Kai is as courageous as any other wizard looking to be in the guild, and doesn't run from battle unless it would be stupid to stay, as his logic trumps his courage in times when he is utterly outclassed, and he will put only some fight into a battle in which he has no chance of victory. This changes if he is in a team, where he respects the abilities of his teammates, as then he has something to protect and people to fight along side with, which bolsters his courage. Good Sense of Humor: Quite the good-humored guy, Kai will find humor in a good number of jokes and situations, but he rarely give more than a quick laugh before becoming silent once more. There are rare occasions however where something presented to him is found so utterly hysterical that he breaks loose, and lets out a loud booming response. Jokes are rarely told by him, as he is more of a listener than a teller. Closed: Despite all of his involvement with other mages and his willingness to work with them, Kai rarely reveals anything about himself, also keeping his emotions bottled up inside him instead of talking about them with people. This can lead to long bouts of depression if something disastrous happens to someone close to him, or a sudden outburst of anger if things around him are irritating. Jealous: When Kai has something that he covets he will rarely be willing to give it up to anyone without good reason, or being beaten to a pulp for it. Unpredictable: Because of his closed attitude, its hard to predict what Kai will do, he might suddenly decide that he's going to run up a nearby mountain as often as he would decide to have a drink at the guild hall. Packrat: As a Re Quip Mage, Kai has a great number of possessions, any of those, there are a number of things which are seemingly useless, but Kai will still keep around, rendering his room a mess that only he can make sense of. Straight Forward: Due to his possibly overzealous like of women, Kai can often come on a bit too strongly to the ones he finds attractive, despite his closed personality. This can warrant varying reactions from his quarry, but no matter what he continues to do it.

Instead of the outside of the curve being bladed, the inside of the curve is. This is carried on Kai's hip.
Artifacts
Squall Squall is a 28 inch long gunblade with a floating revolver. When the trigger is pulled it releases a sphere of elemental magic, and shoots it up to user's rank's range away. The element depends on the user's personality, but it will always be the same every time they use it.

AVATAR'S ELEMENTAL (LOST) : B-RANK

Avatar's Elemental is a magic on par with the Dragon Slayer and God Slayer magics. Though not a slayer magic, the power behind the Avatar's Elemental was great enough to earn those that used it reverence on the same level as those who slayed Dragons, though the magic and the history of it, were forgotten in time. This left the magic known to very few who rarely passed it on and yet there was a strain of it left. But eventually it was the last instance that had not been lost to time and Kai is now the single user of the magic. Requip is the base of the class which Kai chose to take, and it gives diversity in the blades to channel magic through, though Kai can also channel the magic through his body alone. Worldly Elemental gives Kai the access he needs to each of the five primary Elements, Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, and Lightning, forming the first level of the ancient magic. Elemental Fusion Allows Kai to form further elements using each of the basic ones, fusing them to create stronger or more useful elements. Elemental Channel gives the user the power to convert parts of themselves into the element freely and to channel the magic through their body without use of a medium.

REQUIP ITEM NAME: Western Set ITEM DESCRIPTION: The Western Set is a set of armor as well as a double bladed staff, 84 inches long, both revolving around Water. The blades are made of a metal which is deep blue and green in color. The armor is simply a metal threaded tunic, and a pair of armored boots. ITEM NAME: Southern Set ITEM DESCRIPTION: The Southern Set is comprised of a pair of swords, each with slim and straight double-edged blades. Both blades also have an upward-curved bladed prong near the tip of one side of blade and another one near the base of the blade's other side. Unlike the other Compass Rose sets, this one does not have armor. ITEM NAME: Burst Armor ITEM DESCRIPTION: Burst Armor minus the scarf. Along with the armor itself, Kai wields a pair of trench knives, each a foot from handle to tip, from which he channels part of the armor's magic. ABILITY NAME: Flight of Thunder ABILITY RANK: C ABILITY DESCRIPTION: While wielding the Southern Set Kai is capable of teleportation, allowing him to disappear and reappear anywhere within 100 feet of himself when this is cast. When he disappears a sound similar to that of a firework is produced, along with a quick, bright yellow flash. However, when he reappears the edges of the southern set are brittle for a few seconds prohibiting attack right after use. POWER COST: 100p ABILITY NAME: Burst Drive ABILITY RANK: C ABILITY DESCRIPTION: With this armor on Kai able to fire a conical burst of energy from either trench knife or the boots of the armor, producing concussive damage along with the knives cutting damage. These blasts extend for five feet from the source and grow to be three feet wide at the end. POWER COST: 100p

WORLDLY ELEMENTAL ABILITY NAME: Wind Direction ABILITY RANK: C ABILITY DESCRIPTION: With this spell Kai can create and manipulate bunches of wind, using slashes of his blades or hand movements to direct the wind. He can form numerous attacks with the wind, blasts or blades of wind, which can fly up to 150 feet at 40 mph before dissipating. POWER COST: 100p ABILITY NAME: Water Direction ABILITY RANK: C ABILITY DESCRIPTION: With this spell Kai can create and manipulate streams of water, using slashes of his blades or hand movements to direct the streams. They can be used to form attacks as well as defenses if needed. Kai can use the water in the air for this, but is more effective if there is a body of water to manipulate. POWER COST: 100p ABILITY NAME: Lightning Direction ABILITY RANK: D ABILITY DESCRIPTION: With this spell Kai can create and manipulate bolts and currents of lightning, using slashes of his blades or hand movements to direct them. They can be used to form attacks as well as defenses if needed. Kai can create lightning with thie technique, but is more effective at it if there is a natural source to use. POWER COST: 50p

ELEMENTAL FUSION ABILITY NAME: Magma Direction ABILITY RANK: D ABILITY DESCRIPTION: By using the combined power of earth and fire, Kai can coat his blade in magma or manipulate streams of magma with movements of his blade. The magma can be quickly moved to be defensive or offensive, and hardens if it comes into contact with water. POWER COST: 50p

ELEMENTAL CHANNEL ABILITY NAME: Earth Form ABILITY RANK: D ABILITY DESCRIPTION: Channeling the power of Earth into him, Kai can change parts of himself into strong and durable stone, allowing him to deflect from a D-Rank attack or 2 Novice attacks, or fire a stone version of his fist at the target. The fist flies for 150 feet before dissolving into dust. POWER COST: 50p
