TAROT ARCANIS MAJOR : SS | Created from the previous guild boss of Raven Tail to be a perfected creation of Man, Ciceros was literally created for the job to guide Raven Tail's oppressed to glory under his rule. Or so he believes. His master, a demented alchemist and morally lacking man, gifted his favored creation with a single item; a bound tarot deck called Tarot Arcanis. This deck resonates with a sinister magical aura, and from this aura, a pulsating thirst for corruption. A powerful weapon indeed, a more complex, controlling threat aside.

ITEM NAME: Tarot Arcanis
ITEM DESCRIPTION: Handed down from his creator at his birth, Ciceros uses this deck of cards as his main arsenal for all of his magical abilities. The card themselves are six inches long and three wide, the back etched in silver leaflet with obscure symbols lining the frame. The inside of the cards vary greatly. There are 24 cards in the deck, although Ciceros has only unlocked the potential of four so far. When used, the cards regenerate to the bottom of the deck and seem completely random when they'll be drawn again. It seems to be governed by some otherworldly force.

ABILITY NAME: The High Priestess
ABILITY RANK: SS
ABILITY DESCRIPTION: Utilizing the draw of The High Priestess, the card multiples and whirls around Ciceros, weaving an illusionary aura around him in a speedy storm of cards to disappear almost instantly. When this card activates, Ciceros becomes invisible to the human eye and his motions are dulled to almost silence. While cloaked under the magic guise of his own card, he can only be detected if he is hit with an attack or by smell. He can remain under guise until he uses an attack where he becomes visible once more, and the illusion will lift. It is said that the High Priestess is a rather picky card, and only activates should Ciceros need it or if he's in danger.

ABILITY NAME: The Queen of Swords
ABILITY RANK: SS
ABILITY DESCRIPTION: Utilizing the draw of The Queen of Swords, this card is used as a sharp answer to those who get a bit too close for Ciceros' comfort. Upon activation, the small card instantly multiples and forms into a humanoid creature made entirely of iron hard cards. The Queen of Swords is a class S fighter cloaked in an aura of swords in a halo around her head. She wields dual swords herself, each able to deal cutting damage in the form of slashes and stabs to both flesh and metal. She is an entirely mobile creature, able to move at speeds up to 60 mph and able to jump 30 feet into the air.

ABILITY NAME: The Magician
ABILITY RANK: SS
ABILITY DESCRIPTION: Utilizing the draw of The Magician, the card produces a shield at instant speed that can protect Ciceros from a number of different attacks. During this time, the card grows large enough to shield his entire body and hardens like iron. When the card activates, the 3 by 6 inch card enlarges to one out of two shapes, the entire body shield is about 6 feet tall and 3 feet wide, while the lesser shield is 3 feet tall and 1 1/2 feet wide. It can shield against one SS rank spell while it can survive against 2 S rank spells before shattering and re-materializing into the deck to be drawn. Despite is protective nature, it is rather shy and prefers not to see itself, or its master, in combat.

ABILITY NAME: The Fool
ABILITY RANK: SS
ABILITY DESCRIPTION: Utilizing the draw of The Fool, the cards give Ciceros a moving platform in the air that allows him more access to his surroundings and able to out maneuver enemies. The cards multiply underneath him, giving him a lift into the air where he can mock flying abilities, able to jump from card to card as they follow his motions at top speed, even if he falls, where the cards surround and snatch him up. He is generally much more dexterous, able to bend much easier. When the card initiates, a flurry of cards encircle his ankles, the magnet that detects his every motion.
